Report a listing or send feedback
Every directory entry can be corrected, unpublished or re-reviewed. Reports are read by a human moderator.
What you can report
- Unsafe, scam or malware
- The listing links to malware, phishing, or a fraudulent service.
- Wrong or outdated information
- The description, pricing, location or status no longer matches the source.
- Dead link or closed
- The site is gone, the job has been filled, or the deadline has passed.
- Duplicate entry
- The same organisation or listing already appears elsewhere in the directory.
- I own this and want it changed or removed
- Corrections and removal requests from the owner are prioritised.
- Personal data or privacy concern
- The entry exposes personal information that should not be listed.
Send the report
Reports go to leshey@w3africa.com. Include the listing URL and what is wrong — a report without a URL cannot be actioned.
The button opens your email app with the details already filled in. If it does not open, email leshey@w3africa.com directly.
What happens next
- A moderator reviews the report against the community guidelines.
- Unsafe listings and verified removal requests from owners are actioned first; the entry is unpublished while it is checked.
- Corrections are applied to the entry, which then re-enters review before it is published again.
This is a beta. Reports are handled by a person rather than an automated queue, so expect a reply rather than an instant status change. For anything that is not about a specific listing, use the contact page.
